Researches shows that people will stand in
front of a painting for average less than 30 second in a museum. This time will
decrease to 10 seconds or less for an “art supermarket” like Hong Kong Basel.
Many artists have put lots of efforts to let people remember their artworks in
those seconds. But for an audience who just walk through all the paintings,
when they passed by the same work again, will they be able to figure out if
anything changes on the paintings based on their memory?

研究表明,在博物馆里,人们平均在一幅画前停留的时间不到 30 秒。而在像香港巴塞尔艺术展这样的 “艺术超市” 中,这一时间会缩短到 10 秒甚至更短。许多艺术家都付出了大量努力,希望能让人们在这短短几秒内记住他们的作品。但对于那些只是匆匆浏览所有画作/摄影的观众来说,当他们再次经过先前看过的作品时,能否凭借记忆察觉到画面上的变化呢?
